SOHPEC received conformation on May 30, 2005, from the Secretary of State that SOHPEC was incorporated as a Mutual Benefit, Nonprofit organization as of May 26, 2005. The Registry number is 290584-92.
On August 12, 2005 we were notified by the Internal Revenue Service that SOHPEC is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit organization.
